As long as you aren't bothered by the oil leak and it doesn't get too much worse, I would leave it be. Just keep a close eye on the oil level and add a little (just a little) when it is needed. Every engine burns some oil, some more - some less. If your rings are worn you will burn more oil and this is likely on an older engine.

Do what you can to maintain your engine in the best possible shape and don't attempt any serious repairs or adjustments unless you're confident you know what you're doing. Mainly, change the oil and filter often and add oil as needed. That's the most important thing you can do.
